Version 1.0 · In effect 2026-08-01
Terms of use
This English text is a courtesy translation. The French version governs.
These terms cover your use of the mobile games published by Légarius: Arrow
Puzzle (com.gamearrow.puzzle) and our second game, not yet announced (com.gamematch.digsite), and of this
website.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using our games, you accept these terms. We expressly draw your attention to sections 8 (Warranties), 9 (Liability), 11 (Changes) and 13 (Governing law and jurisdiction).
Our privacy policy forms part of these terms. We expressly invite you to read it; it describes what our games collect, which is nothing about you.
2. Licence
Légarius grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, revocable for material breach, to install and use our games on devices you control. This licence is separate from Google Play's terms, which also apply to your installation.
3. Intellectual property
The games, their code, artwork, text, sound, names and marks belong to Légarius. The licence in section 2 transfers no ownership to you.
4. Reverse engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer our games, subject to the rights that the law does not permit to be excluded, including the interoperability, security and encryption-research exceptions in the Copyright Act.
5. Acceptable use
Our games are single-player and run on your device. We simply ask that you not redistribute modified versions of our applications, and not resell them.
6. Minors
If you are a minor, you need the permission of the holder of parental authority or of your tutor to use our games. Google Play provides parental controls, including for purchases.
7. In-app purchases
As of 1 August 2026, our games contain no in-app purchases. If we add them, this document will be updated before the version that contains them.
Arrow Puzzle's main ladder and its daily challenge are free, with no ads. If optional items are ever offered, they will not make any puzzle easier and will not unlock progress.
8. Warranties
We provide our games with the care that can reasonably be expected of a small studio. We do not warrant that they are free of every error.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (Québec) or the Civil Code of Québec, including the legal warranty of quality and durability. Those rights exist regardless of what this document says.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited only to the extent the law allows. As against a consumer in Québec, nothing is excluded that cannot be excluded, and no limitation applies to intentional or gross fault, or to bodily or moral injury.
10. Availability and discontinuation
Our games run on your device and do not depend on our servers. We therefore offer no availability guarantee, and we do not need one: if we ever stopped publishing a game, the version already installed on your device would keep working.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Any change applies prospectively only: it changes nothing about what has already happened, or about a purchase already made. Each version is dated, and the table of changes at the end of this document says what changed.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them. We may end your licence only for a material breach of these terms, after notifying you, and proportionately. Anything you have purchased remains yours.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute is brought before the courts of Québec, without limiting a consumer's right to bring an action wherever the law permits.
14. Third-party terms
Google Play has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply to your installation and to any transaction.
15. Language
This document is drawn up in French. This English text is a courtesy translation provided for information only; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the others remain in force.
